Yep, we're giving away free land in Tertiary grid.
Currently we are offering 1/8 sim to new residents of tertiary grid.
Owning and retaining free land is dependent upon maintaing a reasonable
in-world presence.
To claim land, visit one of the following regions: Tertiary Alpha,
Tertiary Delta, Tertiary Gamma, Tertiary Epsilon.
Each region is divided into eight parcels - 1/8 sim. So, for example,
Tertiary Gamma will have eight parcels on it called Gamma I, Gamma II,
Gamma III ... Gamma VIII. Select an unoccupied parcel and email
me with the parcel name.
Once we get the parcel name we will put the land up for sale to you for $0.
To be able to purchase land, even for $0, you have to set up your viewer
command line as shown in "Setting up a Tertiary grid viewer" of the set up instructions on the
getting started page.

If your land usage needs require more than 1/4 sim or you need more control over
the region then full regions are available for sale.
Currently, the price for an entire low usage region starts at $22.50US per month,
which is basically set at a break-even level. There is a $25 setup fee.
This arrangement would be suitable for individuals or small groups. Volume and
long range discounts are also available.
There is an escalating price structure depending on anticipated usage levels.
Free land is currently parceled into 1/4 sims.
These parcels are located in the southern regions: Tertiary Alpha, Tertiary Delta,
Tertiary Gamma and Tertiary Epsilon.

What low usage means:
Low usage land is land that will not have more than 10-15 avatars on it at one time,
will have minimal scripting and use no more than 10,000 prims.
